Shipping policy

Free shipping across the United Kingdom. Duties and taxes included — the price you see is the price you pay.

Dispatch. Every order is prepared and dispatched within 48 hours (Monday–Friday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre.

Delivery. Standard tracked delivery to the UK takes 6–12 business days after dispatch. In total, your Halven should reach you within 7–14 business days of your order. During launch periods and holidays, delivery may take slightly longer — your tracking link always shows the current status.

Tracking. Track your order any time through the link in your dispatch e-mail. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, write to support@halven1976.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Customs & duties. All UK orders are shipped with duties and taxes included. You will never be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Address changes. We can change a delivery address until the order is dispatched. After dispatch, contact us and we will do our best with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee changes in transit.

Lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Contact support@halven1976.com with your order number.

How does the 50 & 1 Edition work?

Add any three watches from the Anniversary Collection to your cart. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed. You pay only for the highest-priced piece; the other two are on us. Mix Classic, Sport, Signature and Skeleton styles in the same order.

Who's behind HALVEN?

Halven carries a family workshop's name. My father opened the workshop in 1976 and kept one rule — a watch is never bought for oneself, it is given. In 2025 I brought his name online: the same materials he insisted on, honest prices, and a two-year warranty with no small print.

What movement powers the watches?

Every HALVEN Classic and Sport is built with a Miyota 2035 quartz movement, made by Citizen in Japan. Signature and Skeleton models are built with the Miyota 8215 automatic — the same movement family used by many established European brands. We choose these movements because they're the honest standard, not because they're the cheapest.

What materials are used?

316L stainless steel case — the same grade used by leading European watchmakers. Sapphire-coated glass for scratch resistance. 5 ATM water resistance. Genuine leather or brushed steel straps depending on the model.

Do I pay customs or import duties in the EU?

Standard EU shipping is included in the price you see. Some countries may apply local VAT at their standard rate — we'll let you know at checkout if that applies to your address.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. Delivery to most EU countries: 5–10 business days. UK: 6–12 days. You'll receive tracking as soon as your parcel ships.

What's covered by the warranty?

Two-year international warranty covering movement, case, and clasp defects. Plus 30-day returns for any reason — no questions asked, no restocking fees.

Can I exchange a watch after it arrives?

Yes. You have 30 days to exchange for a different model, colour, or return for a full refund. Contact us at support@halven1976.com and we'll take care of it.
