Return & Refund Policy

The short version: 30 days, one e-mail, no drama. If a Halven isn't right, write to support@halven1976.com within 30 days of delivery and we will put it right.

30-day returns. You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Watches should be unworn, in their original box, and in the condition you received them. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days (usually much faster).

How to start a return. E-mail support@halven1976.com with your order number and the reason. We will reply within 1 business day with your return authorisation and the return address. Please do not send a return without contacting us first — unauthorised returns can't be tracked to your order. Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, return postage is paid by the customer.

Faulty or incorrect items. If your watch arrives defective, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, you do not need to post anything back. Send us a photo or short video of the issue and we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund — including any postage. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (goods must be of satisfactory quality; if a fault appears within 30 days you may reject the goods for a full refund).

Returns and the 50 & 1 Edition. The second watch in your order is our anniversary gift and belongs to the order: a full refund requires both watches to be returned together. If only one of the two develops a fault, we replace that watch — the other is yours to keep. If you wish to return only one watch of a 50 & 1 order, contact us and we will agree a partial resolution case by case.

Your legal right to cancel (UK). Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, and to be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the goods back. To exercise this right, e-mail support@halven1976.com with a clear statement of cancellation. Our 30-day policy above is broader than, and does not limit, this statutory right.

Exchanges. Want a different colour? The fastest route is to place a new order and return the original for a refund — or contact us and we will arrange a direct exchange.

Non-returnable. Gift cards and items returned after 30 days without prior agreement.
