Who we are. This store is operated by Haus Global Ventures LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States, with registered address at 945 Oasis Palm Circle, Apt 4206, Ocoee, FL 34761, United States ("Halven", "we", "us"). Contact: support@halven1976.com.

  1. Products & availability. All products are described as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly with screen settings. We may withdraw or modify products and promotional offers (including the 50 & 1 Anniversary offer) at any time; changes never affect orders already placed.
  2. Prices & payment. Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes and duties for UK delivery. Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments and its supported methods. Reference ("was") prices reflect the price at which the product is or has been offered outside promotional periods.
  3. Promotional offers. The 50 & 1 Anniversary offer adds a second watch at no charge to qualifying orders. The free item belongs to the order for the purposes of returns and refunds (see Return & Refund Policy). Offers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined unless stated.
  4. Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase; we accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may cancel and refund any order for suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock unavailability — in full and promptly.
  5. Delivery, returns, warranty, privacy. Governed by our Shipping, Return & Refund, Warranty and Privacy policies, which form part of these terms.
  6. Intellectual property. All content on this site — the Halven name, wordmark, monogram, product names, texts, images and design — is our property or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
  7. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including your statutory consumer rights). Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
  8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you additionally benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in this clause deprives you of them.
  9. Changes. We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
